My partner was buying tobacco last night and I was for my adult daughter today. Both times lies were told about what was available while trying to sell a higher priced product. When I challenged him over it with what my partner experienced the night before he continued to push higher price products and I had difficulty getting my money back to purchase elsewhere. (I'd stupidly assumed he was doing the right thing and handed my money over) then found I'd been charged way too much. After much insistence on my part he finally gave my money back. I don't like being lied to, my partner was the night before, and I will be letting friends and family and other The Gap residents know of this dishonest behaviour.September 18, 2016
